Anyone that does this, and keeps track of the progress they are making, will be more motivated to continue than everyone else. To achieve anything, you have to have a specific direction to go in. It's important to feel like you're doing something both professionally and in your personal life. The physical part of fitness is only a part of the fitness secrets. Sleep, supplementation and diet are all areas where there are fitness secrets. Fitness can be impacted by anything that relates to fitness, like these things. Your mind needs to be kept open, so you know what it means to you to seek fitness.
